Pursuant to Section 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act [Telemediengesetz, TMG], as a service provider we are responsible for our own contents on these pages in accordance with the general legislation. However, under Sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, we are not obligated as a service provider to monitor transferred or stored information from other parties, or to search for circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
This does not affect obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general legislation. However, liability in this regard is possible only from the time of a specific infringement of the law becoming known. If we become aware of any such infringements of the law we will remove the contents immediately.
